Are Energaia's energy assessors accredited?

Yes. Our assessors are fully qualified and accredited to carry out SAP, SBEM and EPC assessments in line with UK Building Regulations, and their work is regularly audited to maintain quality standards. See our full range of accredited services.

Does Energaia only work in Derby, or across the whole UK?

Our head office is in Derby, but we work with private clients, developers and architects UK-wide. Desktop-based assessments are carried out remotely for any location, and we arrange on-site testing wherever the project is based. Get in touch to discuss your project.
